Project

Biltmore Homes was looking to carry over their re-branding initiative from the Biltmore website to their 2008 print advertisements and promotional t-shirts.

Results

The Shamrock Group created a print advertisement that would carry over the new Biltmore look created from re-launched website and feature a custom home that showed its great detail to attention as a leading custom home builder. The advertisement run’s full page in two of the more popular real estate publications in North Carolina’s Triangle region. Next we created a t-shirt graphic that would carry over not only its look but its strong foundation mantra as the statement is not only important in building a quality home but important to Biltmore’s business philosophy and culture. Both the advertisements and promotional t-shirts were received very well in the marketplace and assisted with continued sales growth for Biltmore Homes.
